Quintin grew up playing competitive baseball almost year-round. In middle school, he started going to a personal trainer who helped improve his performance on the field. From that moment on, he fell in love with exercising and the progress he was making. His senior year of high school, he tore the labrum in his throwing arm. He rehabbed for a year and returned to the diamond. However, he never played at the same level during his collegiate career. This is when his passion switched from sports to fitness. He decided to hang up the cleats and start pursuing his fitness career. He quickly became passionate about helping others make lifestyle changes to improve their health. In college, Quintin was able to obtain his CPT certification and began his training career. He also had the opportunity to work with the baseball team, as their strength and conditioning coach. He takes pride in helping people find their personal path to better fitness and positive life-long habits.

As my passion for lifting grew, so did my confidence inside and outside the gym. As a personal trainer, I strive to support other women who may feel overwhelmed or uncertain in the gym.
